Author Posters - Take 2

Got a few more author posters. Not bad at all if I do say so myself. 

I absolutely adore Winnie the Pooh, I'm lucky to be Facebook friends with Bruce Coville himself, I'll always respect J.K. Rowling even if she's not my most favorite, and while I've yet to read Rick Riordan, my interest in him grows more and more.

For a while, I've been toying with the idea of drawing a headshot of famous authors, surrounded by some of their best-known creations. 

 

Since FanX is done and there's nothing else to look forward to this year besides my job and my own projects on the side, why not?

 

 

This is all I got for now. But I do see a little tribute to Roald Dahl, Brian Jacques, J.K. Rowling, and possibly William Shakespeare on the horizon. 

 

We shall see whether any of these make it into color. But for now, I'm quite satisfied with the rough sketches.
