Give Thanks in December - I Made It

Well, I can still make one more #GiveThanks post, and I give thanks that I made it to the end of another year.

I'm thankful that, in spite of all the bad things that came about (and not just in 2020), I haven't been broken.

I may be down, but I'm not out.

I may have been hurt and humiliated, but I have not been defeated.

I've still got my life to live, and it's worth the living.

Give Thanks in December - Thoughtful Customers

Give Thanks in December - Day of Rest

Today, I #GiveThanks for a day of rest. I know some Sunday work is required, but there's something to be said about taking a break...a whole day dedicated to simply recuperate while still doing good works.

Give Thanks in December - Warm Showers

Today, I #GiveThanks for warm showers. Just like naps, a hot shower can do wonders for you when you're tired, sore, stiff, and stressed, and I'm especially grateful for heated water and indoor plumbing. Imagine having to boil water or soak in a spring if you wanted a hot bath.
